By filling out the contact form. Within that form, we will take important information like your name, the best number to reach you on the day of the session, an email address to send your preview gallery, and your home address to send your prints & products.

We highly recommend scheduling at least 2-3 months out, but please don’t let that stop you from contacting us if you have decided on a spur of the moment session. It never hurts to ask if there is a spot available, sometimes we do have unexpected cancellations that just might be the perfect session spot for you!
Brands, Products and Weddings are booking out ONE YEAR in advance! Maternity, Families and Solo sessions are typical booked out weeks to months in advance.

Resource Allocation:
We use parts of the payment on getting things like tools, props, and finding good places to take photos. Asking for 60% of the payment at the start helps you use these things well and make great photos.
Client-Photographer Collaboration:
This helps build trust and makes it easier for us to work together.
Some sessions take a lot of time and resources. Your upfront payment helps us secure these resources without causing financial stress. It also shows that you are serious about the session, which helps us work together more smoothly.

You bet yatcha! Your session payments can be split up, with no problem! Here's an example of what I usually do, but feel free to reach out if you need something a bit more custom! | Retainer of 50% due at time of booking, next two payments split evenly between midway and one week before the session date.

I strive for efficiency! For Portrait sessions you will get them back in 2-3 weeks, Weddings may take 3-6 weeks and Branding session will vary.

I would be more than happy to help you choose the best location and time, I can even give you outfit ideas for your branding, couples, families and solo session! For product photography, I can help you with creative direction. Even if you do not have a wedding planner, decorator and such, I can give you recommendations for those as well.
